We love cookies.
So we made it
a thing.

A chef. A creative. A shared love of cookies that are anything but ordinary.

We’re Rise Above Cookie Co., a cottage bakery based in Charles Town, West Virginia, making premium, freshly baked cookies with a little imagination in every batch.

Vincent brings more than 20 years of culinary experience as a professional chef. Jourdan brings a background in design and marketing. Together, we share one very important thing: we LOVE cookies.

Since launching in April 2026, our monthly Chip’s Cookie Club drops have brought cookie lovers together for creative, seasonal, limited-edition flavors. Our beloved classics are also available at select retailers throughout the Eastern Panhandle and at local events.

Where do I pick up my cookies?

On Saturdays from 10–11 a.m. at 362 W Burr Blvd, Kearneysville, WV 25430. Find us in the front parking lot by the Zeus Mural.

Can you deliver my cookies?

Limited local delivery is $20 per order for West Virginia addresses within 10 miles of 25414. Delivery outside West Virginia is not available. Enter your address at Shopify checkout to see whether local delivery is available. Saturday pickup is also available from 10–11 a.m. at 362 W Burr Blvd, Kearneysville, WV 25430, in the front parking lot by the Zeus Mural.

How do I place an order?

Choose Classics to mix and match a 4 pack ($16), 6 pack ($22), or dozen ($40). Or choose Specialty for an assorted half dozen ($25), with one each, or a dozen ($45), with two each of Purple People Eater, Frankenstein’s Monster, Evil Eye, Pumpkin Cheesecake, The Mummy, and Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk. Specialty boxes have no mixing and matching. Add your box to the bag. When you’re ready, proceed to Shopify’s secure checkout to complete your order.
